Advisory

A second opinionbefore you commit.

CEO & founder of cyrcID · builds and runs production AI agents and automation, not slides · growth operations at Forecom Solutions (HubSpot Diamond Partner)

A few hours a month with someone who builds AI agents and automation for real, not a slide deck. You make the calls, I help you make the right ones before you spend the time or the money.

01Who it's forThree situations
  1. 01

Non-technical founders making AI decisions without an in-house expert.

  2. 02

Small teams weighing build vs buy on an AI feature or tool.

  3. 03

Anyone about to spend real budget on AI and wanting a sanity check first.

02What you getFour things
01

Stack & tooling decisions

Which models, frameworks and tools actually fit your case, and which are hype you can skip.

02

Build vs buy calls

Whether to build a feature, buy a tool, or wait, with the reasoning laid out plainly.

03

Architecture reviews

A look at how you're wiring AI into your product before it becomes expensive to change.

04

Async access

Quick questions between calls, so you're not stuck waiting on a decision.

03How it worksMonthly retainer

Light, monthly, no lock-in.

Priced by how much support you want.

A call or two a month plus async access between them, so you have a senior AI perspective on tap without hiring one. The retainer scales with how much support you want, meaning how many calls and how fast the async replies. We agree the price on the intro call, and you can stop anytime.

How this differs from the other two

Sprints and managed loops are me building for you. Advisory is me helping you decide and build well yourself. If you'd rather I just build it, start with a sprint or managed loops instead.

04Common questionsSix answers
01Do I need to be technical?

No. Advisory is built for non-technical founders. I translate the AI decisions into plain terms and give you a clear recommendation, not jargon.

02What does it cost?

It's a light monthly retainer priced by how much support you want. We agree the number on the intro call, and there's no lock-in.

03Can it turn into a build?

Yes. Plenty of advisory conversations end with a clear scope, and if you want, that becomes a fixed-scope sprint or a managed loop.

04How do you handle what I share about my business?

In confidence. What you tell me about your product, numbers and plans stays between us, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start. I advise plenty of founders and never carry one client's details into another's room.

05What if the advice doesn't help?

There's no lock-in, so you can stop after any month. If a call doesn't give you something you can act on, tell me and the next one is on me. The point is clearer decisions, not a standing invoice.

06What do you need from me?

Context on where you are and what you're deciding, plus a bit of openness about the constraints. The more honestly you frame the problem, the sharper the recommendation you get back.
