How workingtogether works.
Updated: August 2026
A plain-language overview of how we work together, what you order, how payment works and who is responsible for what. Written so a business owner understands it, not just a lawyer.
- Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing upfront, no surprises on the invoice.
- Your data and accounts stay yours, and you remove access when we finish.
- What I build for you becomes yours once it's paid for.
- We work under Czech law, and everything we discuss stays confidential.
Who provides the services
Services are provided by Jakub Jamný, business ID (IČO) 09905367, registered office Sudoměřice 440, 696 66 Sudoměřice, Czech Republic, as a self-employed individual on the Czech trade register. On matters of the engagement you reach me at the email below and deal with me directly, there's no department between us.
Advisory, sprints and Managed Loops
I offer three shapes of engagement, and the exact scope is always agreed upfront.
Advisory as a light monthly retainer, where I help you decide and you build it yourself.
Fixed-scope sprints, where I build a specific thing in an agreed time.
Managed Loops, where I run and watch a live automation for you.
The agreement forms when scope is confirmed
An engagement begins when we agree the scope, price and timeline on a call or by email. That confirmation forms the contract and becomes the binding frame for what I deliver. Anything beyond what we agreed is handled separately and upfront, not added to the invoice afterwards.
The price is clear before we start
We agree the price and payment method upfront, typically a fixed amount for sprints and monthly for advisory and Managed Loops. Prices are contractual, and whether they are stated with or without VAT follows my current VAT registration status, which I'll state in the quote and on the invoice. Specific due dates, currency and any deposit are confirmed in the quote.
It doesn't work without access and inputs
To do the work I need timely cooperation from you, meaning invited access to the relevant systems, the inputs required and answers to questions. When cooperation stalls the timeline can move, and I'll always flag that in advance. You create access on your side and can remove it at any time.
Once paid, the work is yours
What I build specifically for you, meaning loop code, configuration and documentation, transfers to you on full payment. General know-how, methods and reusable components not tied to your case stay mine and I may reuse them. Third-party tools and libraries are governed by their own licenses.
What we discuss stays between us
I treat information about your product, numbers and plans as confidential and never carry it to other clients. When running a loop I process personal data on your instructions as the processor, governed by a data processing agreement. How I handle personal data in detail is described on the privacy page.
Read the privacy policyI stand behind my work, not your decisions
I do the work with professional care and stand behind what I deliver. I'm not liable for third-party outages, for decisions you make based on the outputs, or for indirect or consequential damage. A specific liability cap, typically up to the fees paid, should be filled in after consulting a lawyer.
You can stop anytime, cleanly
You can end advisory and Managed Loops at the end of the given month, and sprints run out to the agreed scope. On ending you remove the invited access and rotate keys on your side, I hand over documentation, and I keep none of your data or access. Notice periods and any cancellation terms should be filled in to match your practice.
We work under Czech law
The engagement and these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes we first try to resolve by agreement and only then through the competent court in the Czech Republic. This is a relationship between businesses, B2B, not a sale to a consumer.
The terms change occasionally
I update this document occasionally when the way I work or the tools change. What governs is always the version in force when we confirm the engagement. The date of the last update is at the top and bottom of the page.
