Problem
The team needed scalable outbound infrastructure across multiple European markets. From lead sourcing through email delivery to CRM sync, with no manual steps between stages.
What I built
An end-to-end automated pipeline. Apollo API for monthly lead sourcing (1000 contacts per batch with pagination state), custom deduplication against a master blacklist, geographic filtering, automatic CSV export and Smartlead import (batched at 50). Smartlead and HubSpot bidirectional sync via Make.com webhooks. Deduplication logic, list syncing, bounce handling, lifecycle stage automation. Multi-language email sequences for target markets.
