Managing ad campaigns eats hours
repetitive campaign tasks
Deploy campaigns from a simple brief. The system builds them via API across platforms, paused for review, with EU compliance handled.
This is you if
- You manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Building campaigns and reporting eats dozens of hours a week.
- Across several clients or accounts the manual work can't be sustained.
- Mistakes during manual deployment cost you budget and time.
What it looks like today
You'll recognise it from things that keep repeating with every campaign.
- You click every campaign together by hand from scratch.
- Campaign structure varies depending on who built it.
- EU compliance fields get forgotten now and then.
- You stitch reporting together by hand from several dashboards.
Work out how many hours a month manual campaign management eats and what that does to payroll. Adjust the defaults to your reality.
Based on 360 CZK per hour of a specialist's time, so forty-five minutes per campaign works out to 270 CZK. Adjust the rate and the time to match your reality.
- A specialist opens the dashboard and clicks a campaign from scratch.
- Types in budgets, audiences and compliance fields by hand.
- Checks everything by eye before launch.
- Then stitches reporting together from several platforms.
- You describe the campaign in a simple brief.
- The system builds it via API across platforms.
- It deploys paused for your review.
- You just check it and launch.
An orchestrator connects your brief to the ad platform APIs, so a brief becomes a finished campaign with no manual clicking.
- 01
Brief instead of clicking
Seven campaign types have templates. You describe the campaign in a brief and the system builds it.
- 02
Deployment via API
Campaigns go to Google Ads, Sklik and Meta automatically, including budget conversion and EU compliance fields.
- 03
Always with review
Everything deploys paused, so you have the final say before launch.
- 04
Dry run first
Before going live you run the campaign as a dry run and catch mistakes before it spends a cent.
The system cut repetitive campaign tasks by 60 percent and standardised deployment for seven campaign types. One deployment takes under five minutes.
It runs in production at Forecom across more than thirty ad accounts.
What you get
- Campaign deployment from briefs across your platforms.
- Templates for your campaign types and fast onboarding.
- Paused state and dry run, so you always keep control.
- Operation and maintenance as APIs and your offer change.
How it runs after launch
Launch isn't the end. I run and maintain the system for you, including platform API changes.
More on how I handle security and reliability.
01Won't the system launch a campaign without our review?
No. Everything deploys paused and you go through it before launch. On top of that you run the campaign as a dry run first, so you catch a mistake before it spends a cent.
02Don't we already have the platform dashboards for this?
Each platform's dashboard is separate and you still click the campaign together by hand. This system unifies the input into one brief and deploys it across platforms at once.
03What platforms does it connect to?
Google Ads, Sklik and Meta via their APIs. If you use something else too, we go over it on a call and I tell you whether it works.
04How long does deployment take?
I usually have templates for your campaign types ready in days. You get a precise estimate after a short look at your process.
05What does it cost?
It's a monthly fee based on volume, not hours worked. The exact figure depends on the number of accounts and campaigns.
A healthy-campaign checklist before you pour budget in.
Nine points to run before launch and during upkeep so money doesn't leak. I'll send them to your inbox.
- How to spot budget draining on search terms you don't want.
- Which metrics to watch daily and which are fine weekly.
- What to set so campaigns don't throttle themselves at the worst moment.
- How to keep Google, Sklik and Meta consistent without retyping.
- Where conversions most often get lost between click and order.
