Contacts get retyped between CRM and email
automated with zero duplicates
Contacts from active deals sync themselves into the right list, with language detection and no duplicates.
This is you if
- You move contacts between CRM and email by hand.
- People end up in the wrong language list.
- Duplicates and stale contacts pile up in your lists.
- You redo the export and import by hand every time.
What it looks like today
You'll recognise it from things that repeat with your lists.
- Before a campaign you export and import contacts by hand.
- Someone gets an email in the wrong language.
- The same person is in the list twice.
- Inactive contacts make it into the email tool.
Work out how many hours a month manual contact handling eats and what that does to payroll. Adjust the defaults to your reality.
Based on 360 CZK per hour of work, so five minutes per contact works out to 30 CZK. Adjust the rate and the time to match your reality.
- Someone exports contacts from the CRM into a file.
- Sorts them by language by hand.
- Imports them into the email tool.
- Deals with duplicates and stale contacts by hand.
- The sync takes contacts from active deals.
- It detects language from properties and domain.
- It files them into the right list with no duplicates.
- It runs on schedule, so lists are always current.
Data flows from CRM to email on its own, in the right language, with no manual work.

On schedule
It runs on a schedule, so lists are always current.
Zero manual contact handling. People land automatically in the right language list, with no duplicates and no stale data.
I use it for cyrcID and Forecom.

- Automatic filing by language.
- Deduplication and an active-contact filter.
- Operation and maintenance as your lists change.
How it runs after launch
Launch isn't the end. I run and maintain the sync for you.
More on how I handle security and reliability.
01Is it safe from a data standpoint?
The sync only works with your contacts between your systems. Nothing is passed to third parties and access is limited to what's needed.
02Don't we already have an integration in the CRM?
A basic integration moves the contact, but it won't detect language or watch duplicates and active deals. This sync handles exactly that logic, so people land in the right list.
03What does it connect to?
Your CRM and email tool. The example is HubSpot and Brevo, but I'll wire other common combinations too, we go over it on a call.
04How long does deployment take?
I usually have a first working sync running in days. You get a precise estimate after a short look at your systems.
05What does it cost?
It's a monthly fee based on volume, not hours worked. The exact figure depends on the size of your lists.
How to line up contacts across CRM and email and stop retyping them.

- Which data must match on both sides to make sense.
- What to decide before you sync anything at all.
