Managed loops

AI automation, that I build and run for you.

Send me a sample of your data and I'll show you how it works, before you pay anything.

You start with almost no risk. The scoping is free, and if it shows no clear saving, you pay nothing further.

I take one repetitive task that eats your time every day and turn it into an automatic loop. I build it, host it and watch it. You deal with no code and no infrastructure, you pay for the finished outcome.

01 — The cost, in numbersA silent cost

Manual order entry is a silent cost. It grows with volume and never ends.

66
of Czech companies can't fill open positions
51,000CZK
monthly cost of one back-office employee
36CZK
cost of each manually re-keyed order
20–40
of a rep's day is eaten by manual entry

The people aren't on the market, and a machine doesn't tire and slip. You pay only for results, a fraction of this cost.

Example: a company with 1,000 orders a month spends around 100 hours re-keying them, roughly 36,000 CZK in staff time alone. I'll calculate your exact saving on your data.

02 — Calculate your savingLive estimate
Hours saved per month
100h

A rough estimate. We compute the exact number from real data in the free pilot.

03 — What it can runThree examples
01

Orders from emails

An order arrives as free text in an email. The loop pulls out the items, quantities and details and creates it in your system. You just confirm.

02

Invoice matching

An incoming invoice is matched automatically against the order and the delivery note. Matches go to approval, mismatches are flagged and sent to you.

03

Quote pricing

From an incoming request the loop prepares a quote using your price list and rules. You just check it and send.

These are three examples. I build the loop around whatever slows you down most.

04 — A real oneRunning now

I run one of these on my own sales pipeline.

A sales assistant that, for every open conversation, advises whether and what to reply, and always leaves the send to a human. It can also stay silent and say why.

05 — How it worksFour steps

I take one job someone at your company does over and over, and build a system that handles it on its own. You watch a summary instead of fighting fires.

  1. 01We find the one job

We sit down over where data keeps getting re-typed from one place to another. Usually nobody calls it a problem, because “that's just how it's done.” That's exactly where the day quietly disappears.

  2. 02I build the loop

The system reads what comes in, pulls out what matters and checks it against your rules. Not once. A second, independent AI checks it again, so the two keep each other honest.

  3. 03Clean goes through, messy goes to a human

A clean case files itself, usually before you'd have opened the email. Anything uncertain or contradictory stops and waits for your yes. Never blindly.

  4. 04I run it for you

You don't get a tool to babysit. I babysit it. If something starts to slip, you know before your customer does. Now and then you get a summary of what went through and what went to review.

Getting started

You don't promise anything up front. First a demo on an example, then we try it on a sample of your real data, and only when you say “yes, this” do we go live. You pay only for what actually gets delivered.

06 — PriceBy volume

You pay for the outcome, not for hours.

The price follows volume, how much the loop actually processes. We compute the exact number from real data in the free pilot, not from an upfront guess.

No flat fee for capacity you don't use.

07 — Common questionsFour answers
01Who hosts and runs it?

I do. You don't get code or a server to look after. I build it, it runs on my side, and my side maintains it.

02What if it gets something wrong?

The second checking layer verifies every result against the rules and sends anything uncertain to a person. Mistakes are caught before they happen, not after.

03What do you need from me for the pilot?

A sample of real data for that task, say a few dozen emails or invoices. From that I'll show you how the loop would work, as a dry run, for free.

04How long does the pilot take?

A matter of days. The goal is for you to see it on your own data quickly, before you decide anything.
