Salespeople spend hours on research instead of selling
per prospect research
The agent reads each company's website itself and hands the rep a finished brief. Who to contact, what to open with, and why. Twenty minutes per prospect becomes three.
Drop in any company name or domain. The agent researches it live across the web and returns the finished brief a rep gets instead of an empty row.
A live run on real web research, limited to a few tries a day. For decision-makers it returns roles only, not named individuals. I'll show you the production version on your own data on a call.
This is you if
- Your sales team reaches out to companies it has to study first.
- Research is manual, clicking through websites and LinkedIn.
- Brief quality depends on who does the research and how much time they have.
- Reps say they spend more time searching than selling.
What it looks like today
You'll recognize it from a few things that keep repeating.
- Every rep researches their own way and the results vary.
- Outreach stays generic because there's no time to personalize.
- A well-researched prospect easily takes half an hour.
- Half the researched companies lead nowhere, but the time is already gone.
Work out how many hours a month manual research eats and what that does to payroll. The defaults match real sales teams. Adjust them to your reality.
Based on 360 CZK per hour of a rep's time, so twenty minutes per research works out to 120 CZK. Adjust the rate and the time to match your reality.
- The rep opens the company site and clicks through pages.
- Looks up people and roles on LinkedIn.
- Types notes into a spreadsheet or CRM by hand.
- Assembles the outreach, if any time is left.
- A company name or URL lands in the system.
- The agent reads the site and public sources itself.
- It returns a structured brief straight into the CRM.
- The rep gets a ready-to-send outreach draft.
It's not a tool you have to operate. It's a loop running in the background that delivers a finished brief the moment a new prospect enters the system.
- 01
Gathers context
Reads the company site, products, positioning and public sources with no one sitting over it.
- 02
Judges fit
Tells you whether the company matches your ideal customer profile and why, so reps don't waste time on dead ends.
- 03
Prepares the brief
Returns a structured summary and a first outreach draft in the language you use with customers.
- 04
Delivers where you need it
Output goes straight into the CRM or wherever the rep expects it, not into yet another tool.
I run this loop at cyrcID to screen textile brands. Research per prospect dropped from twenty to thirty minutes down to under three, and the brief feeds straight into outreach personalization.
For now I mostly use it myself and I'm only rolling it out to clients. I don't sell a tool I wouldn't use every day.
What you actually get
- A loop wired into your source of prospects and your CRM.
- Research and outreach drafts tuned to your ideal customer profile.
- Setup and onboarding, so the team configures nothing.
- Operation and maintenance as sites, sources or your offer change.
How it runs after launch
Launch isn't the end. I run and maintain the loop for you, so you don't have to worry when something breaks or changes.
- Onboarding
- I wire the loop into your systems and tune it on your real prospects.
- Operation
- The loop runs on my infrastructure. I watch it and fix outages before you notice them.
- Your data
- Only public company information and your contact data are processed. Nothing is sold on or used to train third-party models.
- Evolution
- When your target shifts or a source is added, I adjust the loop so it keeps making sense.
More on how I handle security and reliability.
01Is it safe from a data standpoint?
The loop works with publicly available company information and the contacts you give it. Data isn't passed to third parties or used to train external models. Access to your systems is limited to what the loop genuinely needs.
02What if our CRM already does something like this?
A CRM stores the contact, but it won't research the company or write tailored outreach on its own. This loop fills that gap and sends the output straight into the CRM you already use.
03What systems does it connect to?
Common CRMs and prospect sources. If you run something less usual, we go over it on a call and I tell you upfront whether it works.
04How long does deployment take?
I usually have a first working version on your data running in days, not months. You get a precise estimate after a short audit.
05What does it cost?
Running the loop is a monthly fee based on volume, not hours worked. The exact figure comes from your brief, no blind pricing.
Before you send a cold email, run through this checklist.
Seven points that turn research into a brief a salesperson actually uses instead of a generic template. I'll send it to your inbox.
- Three public sources that tell you more about a company than an hour on LinkedIn.
- How to spot in two minutes that a contact doesn't fit your profile and skip the research entirely.
- What a brief must contain so the first email doesn't read like a mass send.
- When research is worth handing to automation and when it's still too early.
- The signals that tell you it's the right time to reach out now.
